AGM Order Paper
 The Annual General Meeting of The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association will take place this coming Saturday, the 10th March 2007 beginning at 10am for a 10:30am start. The AGM will take place in Quality Inn Hotel, 99 Gordon Street, Glasgow.
All member bands who have made their payments will have already received a copy of the Order Paper in the post and are eligible to send 2 people per band, one of whom shall have voting power. Voting powers of the bands are equal i.e. ONE BAND - ONE VOTE and shall by by a showing of voting cards.
We are also making the AGM Order Paper and Accounts available for public viewing.
The copy for your band will be with your band secretary who should have notified you about the AGM and the Order Paper.
We look forward to seeing as many bands as possible attend.
